- Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

- Be returned with the original packaging whenever possible.
- Not fall under any non-returnable category listed below.
2. Free Returns
We offer free returns on eligible orders.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office or authorized carrier drop-off location.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Clear photos of the item.
- Photos of the packaging.
- A short video if necessary to show the issue.
After reviewing your claim, you may choose either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Products showing signs of misuse or intentional damage.
- Items returned without prior approval when required.
- Products that are no longer in a returnable condition due to customer handling.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
